Hi, I'm Amanda, the creative mind and owner behind Decorable. Based in beautiful Barrie, Ontario.  I have the pleasure of working with my mom who has worked as a florist for many years. I started my love for weddings when in high school I was working at a few big banquet halls in the Vaughn/ York Region area.  My favourite part of weddings was always watching the bride walk down and hearing the couples great stories and vows.   From there, I realized I loved weddings so much I wanted to be a part of as many as I can.  I stated at Seneca Collage for floral designs and LOVED IT!  I went on to compete in a CAFA competition with over 50 other florists, where we all competed for the recognition of our talents and creativity.  I was one of four students who received an award.  After graduating , I worked with some local florists and other wedding event companies.  After some time we decided it was time for us to team up and do it together!   We have dedicated our career to the art of event design and floral arrangements. With over 30 years of experience in the floral industry, we bring a wealth of knowledge and a passion for creating stunning, memorable events.
